You can order products in the following ways: online via this website When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order and all orders are subject to availability. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and if the product is not available we will contact you by email and will not process your order. Please note that the packaging of our products may vary from images on our site. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
There are various rules and guidelines in the UK for this procedure however, we as a retailer we hold the right to inform our customers of the “Refund and Return procedure for the GellifiQue® products" and you as a customer are free to make the informed decision of whether to purchase from us or not.
As a retailer it is our aim to have satisfied customers which return to purchase from us over and over again. However, due to personal preferences in colour, thickness, look, smell and other reasons from time to time you may wish to return your items. We are happy to assist you in the process providing you follow the “GellifiQue® LTD guidelines for Refunds & Returns”.
All items are subjected for refund within 7 days of receiving your items only if there has been any quality or damage issues which you were not advised on prior to purchase (please read the product description carefully prior to making a purchase). Please note that the shipping fee for returns or exchanges is handled by the customer.
In case of quality issues, damage or inadequate appearance please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us on the issue including a video or photographs demonstrating the described issues.
Please note that when handling a complaint in quality we may ask you to post the items back to us in order to send these items back to our lab for testing etc. If this happens please be advised that we will offer a free product replacement with your next order

Once we have received the items and inspected them we will issue the replacement immediately, alternatively we can add an extra item free of charge with your next order. You can advise us on whats best for you.
Whatever the problem is please speak to us we are always glad to assist you. However, please have an open mind to external factors which we can not control such as the way items are being handed during delivery. We check all of our items prior to dispatch and take every precaution in packaging our items to avoid any damage. However, all items are passed on to delivery companies (Royal Mail, DHL and TNT) to handle and thus we are unable to control the “door to door” process.

When facing an issue please check other influencing factors such as the temperature in which you store your products, the application technique, your cleanser, the strength or type of lamp you are using to cure your gel polishes, and other influencing factors. Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using a credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard credit cards), or PayPal. The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order. Most orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday-Friday) will be delivered within 5-10 working days between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm. No orders are processed, dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which mean that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately, we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours either with a solution or with an expected timescale to put an end to the issue.
