PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classic rubber base coat with a medium texture, high viscosity, and good adhesion. Rubber Base Coat adds a cushioning effect to all nail lengths and can be used on brittle nails, adding more flexibility under any type of gel nail overlay. It can also be used on long nails under hard builder gel products to give the nails more flexibility under a more rigid gel overlay and to prevent product running.
