These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of the or website and your relationship with GellifiQue LTD (company number 521529) (“we” or “us”) and set out the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of our products to you. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use the website. By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your Statutory Rights. These Terms apply to all of our customers. We amend these Terms from time to time. Each time you wish to order products please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms which will apply at that time. Every time you order products the Terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between us.


You can order products in the following ways: online via this website. When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order and all orders are subject to availability. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and if the product is not available we will contact you by email and will not process your order.

Please note that the packaging of our products may vary from images on our site. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Section 3: ALL SALES

Gellifique LTD supplies products to fully trained beauty industry personnel or that in training. By placing an order with Gellifique LTD at you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose.

No responsibility will be accepted by Gellifique LTD, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing equipment supplied by Us. As a business customer, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.

Section 3.3: OUR HYPOALLERGENIC CLAIMS: Our Gel Based products contain Acrylates. We can not guarantee the complete absence of risk of an allergic reaction. However, our formulation has been designed to reduce possibilities of allergic reactions by removing known chemical substances which are not currently banned however, have confirmed health warnings as per section 14 of Material Safety Data Sheets. Gellifique products which are marked with "Hypoallergenic" do not contain HEMA (2-Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate), HPMA, Isobornyl Acrylate, THFA (Tetrahydrofurfuryl Acrylate) or Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphospide Oxide.

Always read our ingredient lists prior to purchasing. 

Section 4: YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

* you are a business and are entering a contract with us in the course of your trade;


You acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer but as a business, and so do not have any consumer rights.


As a retailer, it is our goal to maintain high customer satisfaction and customer retention levels as we strive to ensure that our products always match their appearance and properties as outlined on our website.

Please always read the product description carefully prior to purchasing.

From time to time you may wish to return your items and we are happy to assist you in this process providing you follow the “GellifiQue® LTD guidelines for Refunds & Returns”.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon receipt all products are weighted and thoroughly inspected. If the product is established to be returned not in its pre-sale condition it will be disposed off and no refund will be made.

  • All items are subjected to a refund within 14 days of purchase. To ensure the refund is made returned items must reach our office in pre-sale condition, this includes unused and packaging intact, internal and external parts not damaged (this includes scrapes and chips).   

  • The shipping fee for goods being returned is covered by the customer.
  • Once we receive your items they will be inspected to ensure they are in their pre-sale conditions. Once we have received and inspected the goods a refund will be made in 24 hours back to your original payment method.
  • In case of quality issues, product damage or inadequate appearance contact us at informing us of the issue and include a video or photographic evidence to support your inquiry. You will be offered either a refund or replacement item with your next order. 

Please note that when handling a complaint with regards to product quality we may ask you to post the items back to us in order to send these items back to our lab for testing etc.

**Whatever the problem is please speak to us as we are always glad to assist you. However, please keep an open mind to external factors which are outside of our control such as the door to door experience during the delivery process. 

**We work only with reliable international shipping agents and ensure the goods are packaged well and secure.



Gellifique LTD referred to as the Guarantor, shall guarantee good quality and proper functioning of the purchased device when used in the manner appropriate for the purpose thereof and in accordance with the operational manual (User's guide), and shall provide warranty service subject to the following conditions: 

1. The Warranty covers defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing if such defects are revealed during the period of 12 months since the date of purchase.

2. Proof of purchase for the item must be retained.

3. The device is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the operations manuals and the failure is due to internal device characteristics. 

4. The warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear. 

5. The rights granted by this Warranty shall not include the right of the Warranty beneficiary to claim lost profits in connection with defects of the device. The Guarantor shall not be held responsible for any material losses caused by the defective product. 

The Warranty does not cover the following:

1. The device which has not been purchased from or

2. Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage or other activities inconsistent with the user's manual. 

3.The device which has been tampered with including repair, modification or adjustment.

4. Defects resulting from the usage or improper or non-genuine supply materials

5. Damages due to the user's fault of lack of expertise

Section 7: PAYMENT

All orders placed via Gellifique LTD website are processed online by using a credit or debit card as well as PayPal. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit or debit card details are encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to access these details as they are sent over the Internet. Payment for all products as well as applicable delivery charges are paid in advance. Your credit or debit card is charged when your order is placed.

Section 8: SECURITY

We use PayPal and Stripe. Both of these companies employ the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. If you look up at the URL of the payment page you will notice that it begins with https://. This means that it is on a Secure Server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details nor other information. Of equal importance is the security which surrounds the payment system. By making use of PayPal we have a sophisticated online trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls. No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by Internet email. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order. All order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your order.

Section 9: PRICE

We always try to make sure that the prices on are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the Product in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. Prices for our products may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order which has been dispatched or for which we have issued a dispatch confirmation. Please note that if a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as mispricing that we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit or debit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example, because that product is not in stock or is no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.


The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order. Most orders placed before 2.00 pm (Monday-Friday) will be delivered within 5-10 working days between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm. No orders are processed, dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Section 11: COMPLAINTS

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which mean that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately, we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours either with a solution or with an expected timescale to put an end to the issue. We try to keep as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it. We try and offer you the best service we can. But we cannot promise that all our products and services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that will be fault-free. If you find a fault, please let us know by emailing us. There will be some times when your access to the website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.


The GellifiQue website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on we will try to correct them as soon as we can.
In particular, we are not liable to you for the following:

  • Incompatibility of any of your computer or telecommunications equipment or software

  • Technical problems or errors or interruptions of of to meet your requirements

  • To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (included but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy or loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to

  • Nothing in the above paragraph applies to liability in respect of products sold through

If we fail to comply with these Terms we are responsible for loss or damage that you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence but we are not responsible for any damage which is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.

We supply the products to you for private use. You agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession)

  • any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and

  • defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.


The content of and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of or on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on or without written permission from us. No license is granted to you in these Terms to use any trademark or service marks of “GellifiQue LTD” or its licensors including, without limitation, the trademarks, or service marks.

When receiving documentation from us concerning the formulation/chemical composition of our products as part of our proprietary rights we hold the right to where necessary and reasonable to withhold certain information; such as exact measurements and percentage of chemical ingredients in our products in order to protect our formulation from competitors.

All of the documentation we hold is produced according to the rules and regulation governing the EU/UK cosmetics market.

By law, cosmetic companies must provide a reasonable amount of evidence to support their product's claims. Gellifique LTD is able and willing to demonstrate Safety Reports ONLY to bodies governing the cosmetic industry. These detailed documents will not be available to the general members of the public.

Section 16: CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time and these changes will apply to the use of or You do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use or If you continue to use or the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of or indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.

GellifiQue LTD may change or withdraw any part of & or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.
